I accidently deleted the contents of this post whilst copying and pasting, there doesn't seem to be versioned history like in Wordpress :-(.
To sum up the thoughts that were here: I found this book to be pretty poor. There was lots of guts and gore as promised, but I did not care about any of the characters. I found there to be pointless subplots and it was very unrealistic in how people seem to respond to murder (seriously, security at an airport didn't care about a man covered in blood running through the terminal?!)
