Windows 7 Users Offered Free Upgrade To Windows 10
So I just switched on my Windows 7 computer this evening and I notice a strange new icon had appeared on my system tray:
Clicking it brought up a windows:
Very tempting.
I love Windows 7 and really do not have any desire to upgrade. But for free?!
With Windows 10 being the last OS that will be released the way they have always been released (big versions every couple of years), I guess they are keen to get everyone onto that model. I will have to be dragged as I am one of those people who likes not having to update often and the excitement of a new version of Windows on a physical disk.
